I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents that struggle with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, adoption issues, attachment deficits, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and opposition. 

Counseling and therapy services can be beneficial to everyone. I utilize a collaborative and client centered approach to work with individuals to address issues that impact their functioning and overall well-being. In individual counseling we can address stress management, anger management, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and more. 

Having served as a family therapist in an adoption preservation program, I have joined many families in healing, connecting, and becoming more cohesive. Family counseling can be easily adapted to meet your family's needs, ranging from parent-child interactions, parenting support, or overall family dynamics.
